Southern Spit Roast and BBQ Co offers a number of menu options. From a small gathering that only requires drop off service to a 5000 person formal dining event, we can handle it all in style. Our meats are prepared in our state of the art roasters that allow for the natural juices to marinate the meat. The high cooking temperatures lock in the meats flavor, ensuring a savory and satisfying, succulent result every time.

In addition to the best exported quality meat, we also provide a range of appetisers, desserts, and extras. All the food is hand-prepared in our `A Grade’ facility using only the freshest ingredients.  Our spit roast specialists will prepare and serve your food with great care and attention. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and guarantee we will do everything we can to make your event a success.
