To the team at Southern Spit Roast and BBQ Company,

I am writing in regards to our wedding held on the 21st of November 2009

I would like to start most importatnly by saying thank you.

Not really sure just what to say or how to say it so i will styart from the top.

Through both phone calls and emails - I had alot to do with Phil. I was very comforted by a very helpful and frinedly gentleman who was always eager to help - answer questions and offer advise. Not only was Phil very professional but also very, um, calming I guess you could say - I enjoyed dealling with a person who was very down to earth - with a friendly sense of humour. When we needed to change our menu - this was of absoltely no problem to him - and was happy to do so. I found this very helpful as a nervous bride trying to organise everything to a budget and to plan.


The team that were at the wedding itself, we had alot of comments from our guests - and of course we thought so too - on how friendly the team were. We had a good laugh with your staff - they seemed like awesome people. at the end of the night they packaged up the remaing food ready for us to take home - said their friendly goodbyes and were gone - with out disrupting the evening. 

We had many compliments on the level of service and quality of the food - and we would have absolutely no hesitations in using you again - and recommending you to others.
