Dear Graham and Phillip,

Thank you so much for the wonderful food served at our event last week for 200 or so guests. We only booked for 180 guests and it was absolutely not a problem with numbers going up last minute. Besides having plenty of food and left overs that we could take home; the quality was fantastic and the service staff very friendly. Seriously how do you get pork that tender and juicy?

We have tried all the catering companies in the Auckland and most seem to run out of food or are very slow, noisy and late serving food. Your spit roast catering company is by far the best and most professional.

I will book you again next year when we come back to Auckland for our annual conference.
