About Us

Graham Corse-Scott and son Phil Corse-Scott have been operating Southern Spit Roast and BBQ Catering since 1998, Graham Started off Southern Spit Roast Catering from his buffet restaurant in Papakura, Auckland.

Graham has been catering and running restaurants for over 35 years. He was the first catering contractor to the Napier Cosmopolitan Club in the Early eighties followed by 10 years running and catering from La Rhone restaurant in Te Awamutu. On moving back into the Auckland, Graham set up Chantelle's Restaurant in Papakura and for the past 12 years has been running Southern Spit Roast Catering.

Phillip Corse-Scott has been with the company from the start after finishing his chef training at Kermadec Restaurant in Auckland, he was the Sous Chef at Pinetress Lodge on Lord Howe Island with brother Rob who is also a chef. Phillip also worked Ravesi's restaurant in the heart Bondi. Philip has now been with Southern Spit Roast for over 10 years.

We do offer the option of using plastic plates and utensils which does allow for a reduction in cost per person.

We stand by the fact we supply more food than other caterers, more than enough to ensure that even the biggest eaters in your group are satisfied.

All leftover food is packaged up and left for you and your guests.
