 From a small gathering that only requires drop off service to a 5000 person formal dining event, we can handle it all in style. Our meats are prepared in our state of the art roasters that allow for the natural juices to marinate the meat. The high cooking temperatures lock in the meats flavor, ensuring a savory and satisfying, succulent result every time.

 

In addition to the best exported quality meat, we also provide a range of appetisers, desserts, and extras. On the night the guys arrived and set up so efficiently we hardly knew they were there.
